limited warranty policy

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Iyo (the “Company") offers a limited warranty on the VAD Pro (the “Product"). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser (the “Customer").

2. Warranty Services

During the warranty period, the Company will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective Product or parts thereof, free of charge. This warranty service is applicable only to defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs. In the case of a covered warranty defect, Iyo will at its option: (i) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts; (ii) replace the Product with an equivalent new or refurbished product; or (iii) provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange for return of the Product. Any replacement Product or part shall be warranted for the balance of the period remaining on the original Product.

3. Customer Obligations

To be eligible for warranty service, the Customer must provide proof of purchase demonstrating the date of purchase. Additionally, the Customer must promptly notify the Company of any defects in the Product and follow the instructions provided by the Company for warranty service.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or maintenance.

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.

  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or environmental conditions not recommended for the Product.

  • Damage caused by using the Product with incompatible accessories or equipment.

  • Any Product that has been altered, modified, or tampered with in any way.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must contact the Company's customer service department via email or phone and provide details of the issue along with proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the warranty claim, the Company will provide instructions for returning the defective Product for evaluation and repair or replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR PARTS THEREOF AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALIFY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT). IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.

7. Your Other Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with Iyo. Nothing in this warranty affects statutory rights, including rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer goods that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
